Karlöf Consulting was founded in 1996 by Bengt Karlöf, a well-known strategy consultant and author of some of the most widely read books on management published in Sweden. The company is now owned and operated by four active partners. Between them they combine many years in the company with international executive careers and experience of running Swedish and international consultancies.

Karlöf Consulting employs a score of experienced management consultants whose chief common characteristics are that they are innovative, personal and inquisitive.
We believe that the best results are obtained when people with different backgrounds and expertise work as a team. We are therefore fortunate in having consultants on our staff with a variety of educational and professional experience. There are roughly equal numbers of men and women, including both 30-year-olds and 60-year-olds. With our broad pool of skills we can easily put together a team well equipped to deal with the challenges you face.

Our mission is to simplify your working day. The services we offer can provide you with full support for achieving an effective organization. We know what it takes, and we have the experience and methods it takes. We help our clients through all the phases of change, from the initial analysis until the objectives are achieved and the changes implemented. Our role is that of advisor, expert or process manager – in most cases a combination of all three.
